To the people who get stuff done: this is for you.

Are you looking to grow your impact and scale your influence? We’ve got your back. While we support leaders of all types with our executive coaching, our sweet spot is the critical chief of staff role.

The chief of staff is the right hand to the leader, the second in command, the top advisor, the one who makes sure things get done. At your core, you enable the leader to scale, help them be more effective, and act as their sounding board. But let’s be honest: It’s also a very lonely role. I’ve been there. Which is why I know that investing in a good executive coach can boost your confidence, increase your efficacy, and give you a partner in your growth and success. So who should YOU turn to when you need someone to lean on?

Nice to meet you.

I’m Kara Fitzpatrick. From the White House to the Women’s World Cup, from the Super Bowl Halftime Show to the Oscars, I have over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors at the highest levels of technology, government, Hollywood, and professional sports. I spent 10+ years as a chief of staff, and my career has been dedicated to creating large-scale impact — with heart. I’ve had the honor of working with Olympic athletes, Governors, College Presidents, A-list celebrities, Silicon Valley tech execs, NBA champions, CEOs, poets, and for two Presidents of the United States.

And now: You.

How I can help you grow, scale, and shine

If you're a chief of staff looking to up your game, I can coach you. If you want to become one, I can help you figure out how to get there.
